My background is in Office Management. I’ve worked within many different business categories over the years. This gives me a wide knowledge of different business models. I’ve experienced many different types of people and pride myself on my ability to communicate well with nearly everyone I meet.
I worked many years before deciding that coaching was my dream job and that it ticked all my boxes as my preferred career. After my daughter had a life threatening illness, I reviewed my life and decided that I was determined to have a great work life balance so I could be there for the people that mattered in my life. |

Practicing the principles of coaching with friends and colleagues unofficially for several years prior to my accreditation, I have never once looked back and doubted that this was the career for me.
What gives me a great buzz more than anything is to assist people to create a life they absolutely love living. I want everyone to take action in their life that they’ve previously felt scared and apprehensive doing on their own. I want my clients to feel that their life is great, and will be right to the very end, feeling glad that they made the effort and took the action to make their life theirs.
What do my clients say about me?
My clients would say that I am a practical and sensible speaker. I make sessions fun, (if it’s not fun for you, you won’t remember the lesson). That I also give them necessary examples through our sessions whenever appropriate. I make them feel at ease and have been told that I’m very easy to talk to. However, they would say that as friendly as I am, I am not their friend when coaching… I’m their coach, they pay me for results, not to be their friend.
The cards and flowers I receive as thanks, has given me many a warm glow to know that I worked well for them and they are pleased that they made a bold step to invest time and effort in themselves. Many of my previous clients are now some of my dearest friends.
